Very nice staff. Good choices for food. A little overpriced for room. Paid for Suite, but really just a sitting area, without being a separate room. Bed far too hard for my preference. If you like very firm mattress good this is a good place for you. Not to my liking. Stayed at Kosa following this stay; was more pleased.

The hotel is visited my local Thai for conventions, weddings and events and not overrun by tourists. Staff and hotel are excellent! My only suggestion to update their TVs to a bigger and more internet friendly version. Great place to stay if you want five star quality service and facilities.

We love Avani, but this trip the hotels both in a Bangkok and Khon Kaen seemed a little tired. In Khon Kaen, incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love the staff. In the room, the bed was really squeaky and seemed to need a box spring replacement. The shower and bathroom were okay, but the light was incredibly dim. It would be nice if you could increase the light in there. The mattress was firm, but nice. Overall the property was good, but walking around it seemed like it could use a refresh. But, wonderful staff and good experience. We would stay here again.
