"This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. It’s small, beautiful, clean, and incredibly calm and quiet. The hotel has a stunning garden filled with flowers, and the rooftop offers amazing views of the volcano. At night, the vibe is relaxed and enjoyable, with live music that makes it feel extra special. The staff was so welcoming, attentive, and helpful—they truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were, helping us schedule taxis and holding our luggage on the last day after checkout while we waited for our flight. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is the perfect place, while still being just a 2-minute walk from the central plaza."

"Nice hotel, however there is a rooftop nightclub across the street which kept us up until it closed at 1am. There are no true windows or doors to the place so sound travelled in. Also it got incredibly hot in the room and we weren’t able to open the windows because it opened to the hallway, or it led to the noise. However it is very very central, the restaurant is fantastic, and it is quite beautiful."

"Friendly and helpful staff, a clean room, comfortable beds, and a lovely garden to walk through coming and going. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"This place checks the rooms before you leave. I spilled food on the sheets obviously by accident. I didn’t think it was a big deal since they SHOULD be washing the sheet after every visit. They charged me $100 US dollars (775 quetzales), I guess to replace? I had no clue why it was so expensive. Front desk, didn’t even know how to charge me. I had to wait until he was able to figure it while my transport was waiting. No where does it say you have to be careful with the sheets. I would have understood if they charged a cleaning fee but looks like they charged me to replace. There’s a bar next door or close by and it’s loud till late. The pool is in the middle so you hear everything. Not a place to relax."
