The rooms were simple but clean and charming, nice free breakfast, amazing views from the inside terrace and staff were great and accommodating. Great spot if you want somewhere quiet to rest in between all your sightseeing!

I loved this hotel! Don’t expect any luxurious room but do expect a cozy and clean one. The staff went above and beyond with supporting our needs are first time visitors. It is badic hotel but the staffs were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served at 8 but we had to check out at 5:30am to go to volcano but the staff made a breakfast for us to take it to volcano. Pancakes and fruit.

Amazing ! Everyone was so friendly and patient with us! We had the first floor which was convenient for us as I have an injury and not able to do many stair, the bar was next to us which was very nice we didnt mind the music it was nice to hear it as we were on the room. We love the fact everything was so close by to walk too. Will be booking again

Comfortable and Centrally Located in Antigua

Perfect place for a stay in Antigua.. everything is within walking distance. Incredibly friendly & welcoming staff. Very nice rooftop terrace and good affordable restaurant in lobby. We were fortunate to visit during Semana Santa and were invited to join the staff & their families in creating an floral alfombra in the street in front of hotel. The Holy Week procession pass right by hotel.

The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The rooftop terrace had a lovely view of the volcano, mountains and surrounding churches. A travel agency for tours is located just around the corner and a delicious traditional restaurant La Sopa is just a couple of doors down.

Good location, clean rooms, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, cheap. Beds were comfortable enough, pillows just tolerable. My room was pretty large for one person, but would be crowded if it actually had three. You need to bring your own shampoo, etc. for showering; all that's provided is a dispenser on the wall reminiscent of a bus station bathroom. When I arrived an hour early, no effort was made to see if my room was ready; I was just told that check in starts at 3 period. I asked if there was tea or coffee and was told nothing after breakfast. Much of the day you have to ring a bell to get in. Breakfast is very basic. The coffee is below average in quality, and when it runs out they have to make another pot of drip. There is no barrier to noise, and it tends to draw groups that are loud in the common areas in the evening and leaving for Lake Atitlan at 5:30am.

A very nicely decorated boutique hotel in a convenient location. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value for money. Staff were very helpful. Some things to note: There is no swimming pool as is stated on Expedia, though there is a nice rooftop terrace. The free breakfast is "continental" - which in our case waa pancakes and fruit or eggs, tortillas, and fruit with coffee or tea. If you want any of the other breakfasts available, there is a fee. Also, this hotel has a bar right next to it, and often the music and patrons are quite loud.

Good place to stay for the price.

The staff was excellent, really responsive and attentive. Good simple breakfast of fruits and pancakes with coffee/tea. They have filtered water dispenser. The terrace has a nice view and a great place to sip your beer purchased from the bar at ground level. The courtyard was very charming, however, sound does travel up. Many rooms have windows that open to the courtyard. My room on the 2nd floor, (#5) was probably the quietest with windows opened to the back of the property, but you can still hear people talking in the courtyard. Earplugs will help. The property and room were clean. Very close to Casa de las Sopas, highly recommend for great Guatemalian soups/stews. Good place to stay for the price.
