"I have stayed at this location for the last few years when making Central Oregon trips. I always feel right at home and comfortable with its environment. Everything from the room look and design along with the service and staff members is professional and positive."

"Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm."
