This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation. I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. "

"The hotel is in pathetic condition. They dont care about the experience at all. Our rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. Washroom had a burnt cigarette on the floor. Bedsheet was torn. Lamp was broken. The tv was not working. This is when we paid the price of a good hotel. The only reason its alive is because its in the middle of the market. But for what they charge and the service they provide its not worth it. Better to look for some other hotel and visit the market. "
