"We stay in room 101 which was under the upstairs stairway. Noisy. Other than that the place was very nice. Especially clean. "

"Staff was very helpful and parking was included! Located in a great area and it has been remodeled since I stayed there last. The hot tub was great and we were able to watch a play off hockey game from the hot tub on a big screen! Room was comfy and nice too."

"I did not like the bathroom in my room. The bathtub was unsafe. It had no grab handles for a safe exit out of the bathtub. The inside tub was very slippery when exiting with bath water in the tub. I needed to literally roll myself out of the tub to the bathroom floor. The inside of the tub had no anti-slip safety. There was no tub water plug to keep water in the tub. To take my bath, I plugged the water drain with a washcloth and held the washcloth down with the back of my heels while on my back. My first night I did ask the room attendant for a tub water plug. "Staff was very friendly from check in to passing by in the halls to check out! Room was very clean and fridge and freezer were already down to operating temperature when we arrived! My husband and I were in the area with our adult children, great time was had by all! Breakfast was definitely above our expectations! Great job!"

"The weirdest thing ever was the light switches were not at normal height. They were lower than normal. No fan or countertop in the bathroom. Room was small for a king size bed. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay."

"Run down, hot tub had paint chips floating in it. Curtains to sliding door weren't big enough so had light in our room all night. Staff was friendly."

"We arrived late in the evening and were ready to just crash. Expectations had been lowered when just after check in the previous customer came back to the desk saying the room he had been given looked “lived in”. Our room had an odd aroma which became worse when the ac kicked on. Turning it off helped somewhat, so no big deal as it was a comfortable evening outside. When getting set for bed we realized that our shower had no rod or curtain. Both were stashed away in the closet. As it was now after 11 and we were leaving at 7:15 we made the best of things in the morning with clever aim and use of towels. The breakfast was barely edible and sparse. When arriving back up in the room the tub had still not drained. We will not be back and may be done with the brand as a whole, as there have been other borderline stays. Seems as if franchisees are deferring maintenance."
