Absolutely first class accommodation in an extremely scenic setting - wonderful views of both mountains and lakes this coupled with top class friendly service from our hosts Terry and Paul made Maguire house one of the highlights of our holiday

We stayed at the Yacht Haven Inn & Marina in Boston for a few days in August 2022, a family of 5 travelling from the UK, and I have to say the experience was fantastic. The staff were really helpful, a shout out to Corey and Mo, from the front desk, who made us feel very welcome, and provided advice and local knowledge, which made the stay even more enjoyable. 1st time in this country and 2nd ever flight, the staff and hotel room put my mind at ease. Everyone friendly, rooms comfortable lovely breakfast choices

Due to issues at Boston Logan Airport, we unexpectedly arrived at Publick House Historic Inn without a rental car. This beautiful hotel is spread over a large area and the room we were intended to occupy was some driving distance from the main reception. With no car, we were unable to take the room set aside for us, but were immediately upgraded to a room just steps away and could not have been more grateful to the friendly and welcoming staff.

Lovely place to stop, made very welcome, bed was the most comfortable we slept in over the 3 weeks we toured New England

Our visit to The Godfrey was wonderful. From being greeted with a smile when first entering to being offered water on checking-out, the staff were amazing. Their modern, fresh approach to hospitality was refreshing. They couldn’t do enough for you but in a very relaxed, friendly way. I would also totally recommend this property for its central location. Perfectly place for wandering around a huge part of the city on foot. Thank you Godfrey for contributing to an amazing time in Boston.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, our room was beautiful - a welcome oasis after the hustle and bustle of Boston, and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't get to sample breakfast as we had to leave early, but the complimentary cookies were delicious. We hope to return!

Hotel is a beautiful period property in an ideal location. We had a gorgeous suite, very clean and stylish. Close to shops and restaurants, there’s a lovely walk through Commonwealth Avenue to Boston Park and the Beacon Hill area. The staff at the Eliot Hotel couldn’t do enough, all so helpful and the doorman had worked there for 50 years - such a nice man.

Charming place with lots of lovely gestures from staff to make us feel welcome. The room did not look like a hotel room but a perfect guest room in a New England home.
