"When we came down for breakfast at 8:30am literally NO ONE was anywhere to be found. There was a note on the front desk that said to call for assistance so I called 5 times over 10-15 mins with no answer. There was NO hot breakfast (which was advertised and the only reason we stayed so we saved money on going out to eat in the morning before continuing our trip). There was no hot coffee or anything, just 2 muffins and some bread (no jelly, cream cheese etc). I spoke to a lady that also had come down and she said when they checked in the night before there was no one there either, she had to call the number and they told her to pick out a room key from under the bucket on the check-in counter! I can’t even believe there could be such a bad experience. The only nice thing was the room was clean, and the bed was fine. Although when you walked on the floors, it was superduper loud. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay here again "

"Quick check in, friendly staff, clean room. Used exercise room- nice wished it had a stationary bike though. Pool and hot tub very nice, lots towels available. Room was spacious just wished they had walk in showers vs tub, husband has knee issue and hard to step over tub. Hotel was quiet. "
