"We always stay in Conrad HK when we go to HK. The rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet has many options. Our only issue this trip was the check-in. We arrived at 430pm and was informed that one of our rooms was still being checked by Housekeeping. It should be ready in 15minutes. After 30minutes, our room was still not ready. We finally got our room at 530pm. Other than that, our stay was all good. We booked 3 rooms total and requested all rooms to be on the same floor."

"I have used this hotel twice this year. It is very conveniently located. Easy walking distance to the harbour, MTR stations, bars, shopping etc. You can get to the airport in about 30 minutes by cab and the staff are very helpful in arranging this. I was able to leave all my baggage with them after checking out on my last day. After being out as a tourist all day in the August heat, I needed to get changed before my flight. The staff allowed me to use the gym changing room where I was able to shower and change completely. This was much appreciated and made my journey home much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would use it again."

"Great location. 10 min walk from central station. escalator and ding ding trams. . 15 min to harbour for ferry. All walkable. Lots of excellent eateries, brunch and bakeries including bars and shops on the door step. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, aircon was heaven after long days out. Staff very friendly and helpful. If it’s nightlife you like it is ideal location. Stayed on the higher floor much quieter. Would definitely stay again,"

"I prefer to have quiet and private stays when I travel. The staff understood that I wasn't in need of their protocol touchpoint or service, and that privacy mattered more to me. Without needing to explain, they got it - this matters a lot to me and is uncommon in the hospitality industry. For this, the property and staff get 5 stars."
