"During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!"

"Basic hotel . Clean towel . Near Diana Mall with food option nearby. 20-30minutes walk to Lee Garden. Check in strictly after 2pm, only 1keycard , no extra pillow. Short stay and if you mainly not in room ok. TV channel can be improve and consider issue guest 2 keycard . Blind not totally blackout. "

Location is opposite to Central Festival mall but need a drive. Near to “Mini Big C” and a lot of vending machines at hotel lobby. My second time stayed at the hotel.
