Very enjoyable stay in Hat Yai

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and the room allocated very nice. All of the staff I encountered were all extremely helpful and courteous particular they young girl in the restaurant who was very patient and helpful when I was selecting different things to try.👍 I used the swimming pool which was excellent and gym which is very small. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the main town centre but the Diana shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk away and has a good selection of shops and food outlets.

Rooms are clean but not sound proof. Can hear snoring sound from next room. We have been assigned a room from the older building. Room window was facing the stairways, no privacy. Some of the Reception staff are not welcoming. check out is slow.

Location is great. The room cleanliness was okay, but the room is quite old. Breakfast was a la carte due to COVID19 pandemic so not too many customers at the hotel. Hotel was quiet and safe. Overall was okay for me.

비용 대비 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 저렴하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 다만, 아마도 현지인이 매우 많았던 것으로 보아, 관광객이 이용하기에는 다소 부적당할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 영어 사용이 가능한 직원이 한정되어 있어서, 커뮤니케이션에 어려움이 있었습니다. 친절도는 그다지 높지 않았습니다. 보통 직원 분께서 체크인/체크아웃 때 짐을 옮겨 주시는데 전혀 신경도 안쓰시더라구요. 그리고, 뷔페도 별로 였습니다. 깔끔한 느낌은 아니었어요. 가장 나빴던 것은, 숙소 밖 주변 지역이 아주 별로였습니다. 저녁 식사를 위해 잠깐 걸어나가 보았는데, 상점이 거의 보이지 않아서 돌아와 룸서비스로 저녁을 시켜먹었습니다. 룸서비스 비용은 역시 저렴해서 부담은 없었지만, room에서 모든 것을 해결해야 하는 느낌이었어요.

Spacious and clean room. Only thing is we were staying in another block away from the main which wasn't as convenient. Shops around were mostly closed. Thankfully there's the Diana complex within walking distance that offered reasonable interest.
