"The staff are courteous & respond quickly to requests like prompt response to fix the remote control of our tv. The breakfast staff are very helpful too & the breakfast fare are very good. The availability of the jacuzzi was very helpful to my husband’s sore leg. Two instances of using the jacuzzi really eased his discomfort. Great! The afternoon tea is a great compliment to relax. It was a great service that’s a pleasant surprise. Our room is very clean & spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. We’re coming back & recommend your hotel to others. "

"We love the Cottage Inn by the Sea! The ocean front rooms offer spectacular views, we love having a fireplace in the room and beach access and the staff couldn’t be kinder! The only suggestion we would make would be to update the bathroom. "

"We stayed 3 nights here and were very happy with our experience. Stayed in a partial ocean view room with balcony and it was a nice setup. Staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast each day and location was very convenient. Can definitely imagine staying here again during a future Pismo visit. "
