"Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms. The hotel's location was so convenient. A quick walk and you're at the Fisherman's wharf. We enjoyed wandering the streets of downtown Monterey. Lots of fun shops to browse through. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Monterey."

"My husband and I stayed at Oxford suites from August 1st through August 6th. The property is beautiful. The pool area, the lobby area, the cantina. All really really nice! However, the rooms are a little bit antiquated. Furnishings should be updated. The rooms were very large and comfortable- Nice having two televisions! Unfortunately we did have a little bit of an issue in the bathroom area with not having water pressure in the shower when we first came, the shower drain was not draining and filling maximum to where it would overflow. And sink by the bathroom was not draining very well. But we did have a good time overall!"

"We just had one night driving through, and this was a good choice for where to stay. Very convenient to the wharf and shops downtown. The room was bigger than I had anticipated and had a working fireplace. We left early the next day so we were able to take advantage of free street parking that runs from 6 pm to 9 am. There is also a free or discounted lot nearby the staff can direct you to, you don't have to valet."
