"I want to commend the staff particularly Hakan at the front desk. He was patient, helpful and proactive. He made us feel at home and very welcome. The breakfast was great, but needs more vatiety. If one has a long stay, they'd get tired of the same menu."

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The photos don’t do it justice. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and truly provide a unique and charming setting. Our included breakfast was AMAZING. The patios were never crowded, we always had somewhere to sit and enjoy the view. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed in the “Kings Ego” suite. Amazing experience! It’s like staying in a 2 level gothic museum. The artwork and furnishings are legendary! The whole theme is based on Dante’s Divine Comedy with heaven and hell themed artwork. The blood colored pool is just amazing, just ask the staff to light the candles and it’s just like the pictures! Definitely a must stay! Memorable experience for the value!"
