"I had to call about the hot water and it was never fixed. I was told give it 15 minutes and it should work. Never worked when I first checked in they had to change my room because the fridge did not work. Never again"

"Currently disputing a double charge from this hotel with my credit card. So, not the best time to get my opinion of my stay. It definitely wasn’t worth twice the price. There was a full poorly stocked kitchen. Bring anything you may wish to use to cook. The place was clean but I I think it was only because it was so new. Was happy with what seemed to be a very cheap place to stay and the size of the room in our way through town to the desert. "

"Clearly impressed with this hotel!! Booked for my parents, this was the first hotel on their long drive from Seattle to Dallas.. it set the tone quite high.. other hotels that were booked disappointed them.. will be looking out for Hyatt brand from now on."
