So we went back down to the front desk and the lady working the desk had an attitude about giving us a different room and said no apology. Our new room had smudges on the mirror, fingerprints on the shower curtain and the whole place did not look like it was throughly cleaned. The next day our room keys stopped working so we went down to the front desk to get them replaced and the guy working the desk just said “they’re fixed” with no apology."
