"This hotel was just what we needed. It is downtown and close to most of the places we needed to go on the weekend. Our room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again."

"Room was clean if worn. Tv channels for kids topped out at PBS. Pool is indoors but not heated. Hot tub was out of use. Breakfast is basic but got the job done. There were supply issues with things like spoons and napkins. The staff went above and beyond to help figure stuff out but the management needed help making sure that kind of thing didn’t happen, especially bc it out their staff in an awkward position. The location is surprisingly quiet for proximity to the main road. Overall ok for a weekend stay with kids"

"A good location, friendly and helpful staff and there were many other people staying at the location. Parking as ample, although could not always park in front of the room. A great location for Shakespeare Festival events. Disappointed that our doo faced an automatic car wash across the street and we could hear the automated instructions at all hours of the day when drivers entered the car wash."
