We didn’t use the amenities but we had to pay for them which was $300 but they give you $50 back. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Overall, we had an amazing time at the Paris Hotel. The only complaint I have is the lack of information about the in-room snack and drink tray. This was our first time staying there, and we had no idea that we weren’t supposed to touch anything. We picked up a few items just to see what they were and later realized that we would be charged for them. Fortunately, the lady at the front desk was very understanding and removed the charges from our bill when we checked out. I’m glad we noticed the charge before leaving the hotel.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
