"The property is conveniently located, and has a nice pool and rooftop lounge area. I checked into a regular room, but there was an issue with the air conditioning. Ivan at the front desk was very helpful and promptly set me up in a different room.. which I especially appreciated since it was an upgrade to a large studio apartment room. Ivan was also extremely helpful in providing directions, tips, and activities for me to do on the island. I would stay at this property again! "

One issue with the A/C but the property and the associates made it right for me and my family. Ravey, good human right there, he took care of me and the family. Security folks, chef kiss, concierge Team amazing, BAR tenders were Tendering!! "

"Wonderful stay at Victoria House. Excellent spa treatments. Two lovely pools and poolside service. Food was also great if you don’t want to venture into town. Recommend renting a golf cart from FAH at the end of the street. "
