Clean property and very helpful staff

We stayed in a king suite. Its one of the best rooms that we have ever stayed in. The difference from other suites we have seen is that it has two full sized bathrooms. It is very convenient if you have grown-up children. The wifi quality was very good.

Stunning hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay. Hotel facilities are top notch. We used the gym, which had a good selection. The pool was great with the two depth sections. A short walk through the hotel grounds leads you to the beach, which is one of the longest and whitest beaches I've ever seen. Quite a few choice here of cafe/bars and sun lounges. Hotel room was a great size (we had a bungalow). Only negative was the pricing within the hotel but to be honest that's no different to any 4/5 star...

The best part of our stay was the customer service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Definitely going back!!

We had an extremely pleasant stay . What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . The level of service everywhere is very high . The facilities and bar and restaurants there are also very nice . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .

clean, great staff, good location, great breakfast

Probably the best place to stay in Palolem. Just a few metres from the beach so no noise at night. Private bathroom so self contained. Indian guests might miss a TV but I didn't as there is only so much cricket that you can watch.

Wonderful location, five minutes from benaulim beach. Amazing hospitality. Superb spa.

Had a really pleasant stay at Relux Holiday Home. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Madgaon market is just a 10-minute walk, so great for shopping. Overall, nothing negative to say — everything was genuinely good.

Outstanding property! The staff are all amazing and work so hard to make your stay comfortable an enjoyable. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Goa. Also the New Year’s Eve celebration dinner was fantastic amazing food drinks and entertainment. Recommend this hotel totally

Check in was unique, very personalized and not your usual "here's your room key and there are the elevators". We received a cold sweet drink and cold towels which was most welcoming, and were sat down in reception and everything was explained including upgrade options. The staff are very well trained, and provide a great experience. The quality continued throughout our stay. Diwa wing was nice with its own little reception. Stayed in lovely beach front accommodation with outside area with sun beds, parasol and bath. Restaurant offers good choice of food and cocktails with friendly, helpful staff. Good location on nice beach.
