"The resort is on the river side of the main street, but only 200 metres from the ocean beach. Fine restaurants are in walking distance. There is a beautiful garden with two large swimming pools. Rooms are very clean, nicely and modern furnished. Wifi and TV are excellent. The bathroom is in good style and contains everything necessary. "Staff were very prompt and helpful. Property was well maintained. Breakfast was also very good. Quite a variety of options were present for breakfast. The swimming pools were small but very well maintained."

"James and the team make this property outstanding! There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didn’t close fully but the value for money is great. The staff really can’t do enough here or at James beach shack. Will definitely be returning "

"When we arrived they did not have our booking and did not have the room we booked available. We stayed overnight in a room which would been better described as a cell ! No window . When we went for breakfast nothing offered! We did not stay any longer."
