"The apartment and common area were fantastic. There were many pools, play areas and exercise opportunities for both young and old. We came from Norway with a one-year-old baby. Check-in and information both upon booking and arrival were beyond criticism. As a result, my wife's family of 4 people were not allowed to visit, even during the day, because we were only allowed to register 6 people in total during our entire stay of 24 days. If we had known that, we would not have booked."

"We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways"
