"The only 2 issues i had were 1 the dryers did not dry my clothes leaving me with damp clothes even after 4 cycles. 2nd the shower every 2 min would lose all cold water and turn into scalding water that burned the back of my legs and feet. "

"Great hotel, we'll located for exploring the city. We stayed in the Duquessa Suites which have a kitchenette and was great for a family of four - the room was big with a separate bedroom for the adults and single beds for the kids. The only downside is the noise from the road from our room - solved by ear plugs which we always take just in case!"

"This hotel is a great base for exploring Barcelona. The rooms have everything you could need for a city break while being compact, and very well designed. Checking in was a breeze, all staff throughout our stay were helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean, almost like everything is new. The hotel doesn't appear to be in an affluent/glamorous area of town, but we never felt unsafe. If you're getting the Aerobus from the airport, the journey is only about 15 mins, then a five minute walk...
