"The front desk personnel was slow to address a problem with the AC and dismissive of problems with the wifi, which basically did not work. He also insisted that he had upgraded our room "two or three levels" and that we were in "one of the best" rooms which was clearly not the case when a repairman finally showed up to fix the AC which was caused by an excessive amount of dirt on the filter. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."
