"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."

In terms of location, it’s not right in the city center, but there is a bus stop close to the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center and historical sites. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Order a twin bed room and pay Expedia two months in advance. Have us a queen bed. NO AC! Same story: we can not run AC for government mandate. This SHOULD be disclosed in advance. Could open the windows but was worst. Close to four train tracks running continuously 24/7 Sweating all night…,,,,,, Order bath with shower, received one wit jacuzzi only. Safety concern for seniors……………… I would not recommend this hotel Should be labeled false advertisement "
