Right from booking, the staff was helpful through the chat feature and was able to help us set up transportation from the cruise port, to the airport and to the Vatican. It was very convenient to have the transportation options set up. Staff was so helpful making dinner suggestions/reservations, providing directions. Our room was lovely and comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. If we are ever in Rome, we will absolutely return!"
