"We greatly appreciate that Vincenzo was able to accommodate our late night check-in as well as a late check-out. We only stayed one night. When our flight was delayed and we had issues with our car rental company, I feared there would be no one to let us in the hotel but Vincenzo was kind enough to stay up to 1am and accommodate our entry. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for gratuitously helping us out."

"Giovanni was very friendly and let us arrive on our schedule and check in early and leave a little late. My great-grandmother was born in Bolognetta and it was really nice place to stay close to the church and the municipal archive of the town."
