"We greatly appreciate that Vincenzo was able to accommodate our late night check-in as well as a late check-out. We only stayed one night. When our flight was delayed and we had issues with our car rental company, I feared there would be no one to let us in the hotel but Vincenzo was kind enough to stay up to 1am and accommodate our entry. Stay at the Alma hotel for 2 nights. Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, clean & bathroom with a shower. Room comes with a mini bar with soft drinks, water which are free to have. We also were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel location is great, easy walk to all the attractions & dining spots. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel run by a very friendly team who communicate very well. Excellent check in instructions made it very easy. Very close to the railway station and about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Nice shower, decent aircon and good WiFi. Comfy bed and nice pillows. Excellent light proofing and not too much noise coming in. Weird wardrobe which you need to be about 6ft5 to hang anything in but ok storage otherwise. Clean but a bit dusty in the corners. Hotel advertises itself as a good value hotel and it is. All the staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of the centre and there are lots of reasonable eateries around; go for the ones the locals eat in.
