"We loved the Staff who were so helpful and friendly. Most important was the location. You are close to everything except maybe the Vatican. It was nice being able to walk to key sites and shopping. We would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. However, I stayed in a single room which had some issues. The room itself was very good, but the bathroom left quite a bit to be desired. The toilet was wedged in a corner between the shower and the bidet - which was very uncomfortable. Plus, it had the smallest shower I have ever seen. I had just finished eight days on a cruise ship, and I didn’t think that showers could get any smaller than that, but this one proved me wrong. I was there with friends who were staying in a regular room and their bathroom was wonderful. So I can only assume it’s the single rooms that have this issue. Other than that, it is a really nice hotel. I would just recommend you get a regular room instead of a single room."

"This is a unique place to stay, well positioned between the main station, with ease of access to the airport, and the centre of the city and its attractions. It is almost like staying in your own Roman apartment, but with the help of a virtual reception (that becomes real in the mornings!). Our air conditioned room was clean and spacious, access via the keypads was flawless, and the extras (coffee machine, ease of leaving luggage on day of departure) eased our stay. There's a supermarket just downstairs if you wanted a little extra in the ways of food and drink and it is easy walking distances to countless excellent restaurants and bars. You are close to Metro or bus routes for going a little further afield. It is a great base for your Roman explorations."

"We chose a loft room and were allocated room 419 - it had a narrow, wraparound balcony, despite this not really being advertised, it was such a lovely bonus. The location is on a relatively busy street so there is some street noise, but moreso in the daytime than late at night. We interacted minimally tbh with staff there, but any interaction was really friendly and helpful."

"This hotel was perfect as it is close to the Roma Termini train station. The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable; also, they arranged an airport shuttle for us and that was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. The rooftop restaurant had a great view and was nice to relax there after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel."
