"The hotel is located in the center of it all. Upon arrival, I was amazed by the luxury the property offers. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel features a Michelin-star restaurant, and the bar offers live music, which creates a great atmosphere in the evenings. The gym is very modern and includes a rooftop view of the city, making workouts especially enjoyable. Most of the main attractions are just a 15–20 minute walk away. I would recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers for exploring during the day—but when you go out in the evening, it’s definitely a place to dress to impress."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Davinci and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room conditions were unacceptable. The rooms were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the air conditioning was not working properly. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy at night, making it impossible to get any rest. I even tried changing rooms, but the situation did not improve and I still could not sleep. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support afterward. I contacted Expedia to request a partial credit because the room price had dropped to less than half of what I originally paid in advance. After reaching out to customer service, I was simply told they were sorry and that nothing could be done. There was no attempt to offer any solution—not even a room upgrade or a small goodwill gesture. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and not what I expected. I would not recommend staying here. "

"The room was clean & tidy. I couldn't cool the room down unfortunately as the AC didn't seem to blow cold air but I just opened the window so it was OK. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was great!!! A very good selection! This hotel is very good if you are arriving in Milan via the central station as its about a 5-8 minute walk away. There did not seem to be much soundproofing of the rooms which is probably the only real complaint. Over all, I enjoyed my stay here."

"Friendly staff and clean, well designed rooms. The hotel is situated in a great part of town, just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and directly adjacent to multiple train lines. Comfortable bed, a fully enclosed shower (not the European half glass wall) and a bidet. Only downside: the air conditioning is not turned on in the winter, combined with unseasonably warm temperatures meant for a warm room. "

"Really great place. Within walking distance of the central station. The place looks great, modern, clean, spacious. The showers are a little bit on the tight size, but not that big a deal. The overall experience at this hotel was great, and I will definitely come back and stay here again. "
