Fantastic hotel with an excellent team who seemed genuinely interested and pleased to help. Looking forward to returning.

A grand hotel providing comfortable, spotlessly clean accomodation & courteous, helpful staff. The hotel is set in attractive gardens with an immaculate pool which is maintained to an excellent standard by the poolside assistant who promptly provides mattresses & towels as required. A visit to the Hydro Spa (the Banyan Tree), owned by the hotel, is a MUST! We stayed on a B&B basis & Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety of sweet & savoury options, hot & cold choices & was plentiful....

Great time Pleasent staff Delicious food Good WiFi Best of all the steam room/ jacuzzi

The property is in an excellent location for walking around Sintra, whilst not being in the middle of the tourist area. The room was quiet, large and beautifully decorated and clean. We stayed in room 101 which had a balcony which was lovely to sit on in the spring sunshine. They kindly catered for us as vegans for breakfast. The people at the guest house were lovely and it's a bonus that you get to use the kitchen to hot drinks. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

Comfortable small hotel. Excellent bed, and shower. Super clean. Lovely buffet breakfast overlooking basement garden.

Beautiful patio/ pool area and lovely staff

Lovely hotel in a wonderful location with helpful, friendly staff and excellent facilities. The breakfast was exceptional.

Great position (minutes away from the metro Picoas), clean and friendly. Nice views on the roof breakfast area. Good value for money.

Wonderful Hotel on a little side street adjacent to Rossio Square and close to everything.Special mentions for Janete Ema Daniel Joao and Italo for being so helpful and friendly. All food excellent and rooms immaculately cleaned every day. Thank you all for a lovely holiday - we will be booking again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was well cited and quiet given its location in the ‘party district’. We particularly enjoyed the downstairs ‘lounge’ as it was nice to come back at the end of the day and enjoy some delicious herbal tea and orange cake. Would recommend and would return again!

As always, this hotel is fabulous and not too far from the centre. However, the "condition" box at a 4* was only because we had a flood in the room - water dripping through the light fitting from possibly the A/C unit and we had to move. A pain after we had unpacked! However they moved us to a suite which was great. Another good thing - there are plenty of LIGHTS in the rooms, unlike most hotels, especially those that have been refurbished. Only gripe was the small number of sun loungers...

Lovely apartment with so much space. Great position near to beaches and a short walk to the beautiful village of Ericeira. Front of house staff excellent. Couldn’t do enough for you!! Bar, restaurant and breakfast very good

Great hotel at a great location. The room was great, service was impeccable - especially, Ritu and Luis go out of their way to help you. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a good parking (Telpark-Valbom) nearby and even Museo Gulbenkien is walking distance. However, if I could just suggest one small thing - it is about the breakfast. We expected a better breakfast with some more choices in a hotel of this standard. Am sure, the management is looking into it. But other than that - great place...

A superb find!! Staff exceptional. Breakfast exceptional

We enjoyed a 5 night stay in this hotel. Great location near to the main square by the river. Staff very friendly and helpful with a good command of English. Made some excellent recommendations for evening meals. The hotel only has a small breakfast room with breakfast offered individually. Small lounge. Room was great very comfortable king size bed , small seating area. Fridge with small range of drinks and chocolate. Safe in the room which is very useful.

We stayed at the CR7 for a long weekend stay. On the whole we had a wonderful stay. We felt very much welcomed the moment we stepped in. The ladies at Front desk were very welcoming & made our check in quick & hassle free, even accommodating our request for having two rooms on the same floor (thank you) The hotel is an old building but inside very modern ( very tech friendly ) & well put together. The standard rooms are small but that wasn't an issue- superior is bigger so maybe if size is an...

Lovely hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious.
