"The facility was nice and clean, but restaurant and lounge was significantly overpriced for the service and quality. The elevator to our third floor room broke immediately after we checked in. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, though the shower faucet was so loose it appeared as if it might fall off and the bed could have been more comfortable. Otherwise, the room was pleasant and very spacious. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee."
