The staff was extremely helpful at this hotel. The front desk clerk even got us a driver to take us to the Medina to shop and look after us and bring us back to the hotel. The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay Here thoroughly
New hotel area is excellent walking distance to shopping and dining options. Staff is exponential friendly and smile with service from any one. Thanks to the staff
Simple hotel. The asian inspired restaurant on the rooftop was delicious and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was a bit stale and we didn't like the options or the freshness of the food. Would not recommend the breakfast but stay was okay.
Spent 1 nt. The manager in front desk, Yasmin was the best. Very accommodating to our request and pleasant man. A young man in the cafeteria was very efficient and great service.
Pros: Lovely staff, clean and modern. Great atmosphere. Centrally located. Good price. Highly recommend. Cons: impossible to contact. They don’t answer phones or messages.
It is a good hotel at a good location, you can walk to most of the city’s attractions. It has a restaurant on the ground floor with a selection of food, and a cool restaurant / nightclub on the top floor. The rooms are large & comfortable. The downsides are: poor noise isolation - we were staying on the 6th floor, but could hear the music from the nightclub very well. The restaurant on the ground floor has many items from the menu missing. The service is ok, but far from perfect.
The hotel’s recent renovation was great.
However our issue was with the mix up of beds. We’d asked for two beds and got one. They had not notified us even though there was a specific request. A small bed (hard mattress on a wood frame) was added after we asked. It was small and would have been suitable for a child. The electrical outlet did not work. They provided an extension cord from another outlet for a cpap machine. Location seemed good.
The hotel is very fancy and clean. It's a bit expensive, but the environment is nice, and the breakfast is very good. The only issue I had was the overly complicated design, especially the lighting. For example, figuring out how to keep the bathroom light on at night and reach the switch was a struggle. This led to an accident one night where I fell out of bed trying to turn on the light and hurt myself. The complicated lighting system needs to be simplified for better guest convenience.
Property was very spacious and clean. The instructions to reach out to service desk should have been available in the room. Bottled water should have been kept based on the number of guests. There were only 2 small bottles of water for 4 guests. Similarly, tea and coffee availability was only for 2 guests. Should have been for 4.
Location is good. We booked a 2bedroom apartment, love it! We have the hall to hang out with our friend, and a small pantry. We decided to buy fresh lobster from the market and did simple cooking. Love the experience! Love the vibe of the hotel too! Colorful and staff are friendly!
My name is Tamara, visiting from the US & this was my 1st time in Morocco. I love loooove everything about my stay @ Kaan. From the location, the aesthetics to the staff, the free breakfast, the rooftop restaurant, the amenities, my stay was a 10 out of 10. I was greeted with a smile & an upgrade (lucky me) & that set the time for my 4 night stay. This will be my hotel whenever I’m back in Casablanca. They were worth every penny & then some. Don’t hesitate to book!!!!!
Male reception staff was not welcoming at all. No welcoming words, little response to questions. He seemed uninterested in helping anyone. You had to ask him questions several times to get a response. Plus, he was dressed in a Tshirt. We were not even sure he was part of the hotel. On our last day, the hotel’s water supply just stopped. Luckily, shower was done. When I reported it at the front desk, they didn’t even know that the whole hotel did not have any water. If not for the male reception staff, and awareness of ongoings in the hotel, our stay would have been so much better.
