"We asked for sheets to go on the pull out bed but didn’t receive them. We had a pet but was not told exactly where to take him if they have a designated area. Overall very nice stay and would go back again."

"Booked 2 rooms but the ended up on different floors. Spent the weekend riding the elevator between the two floors. One room was exceptionally clean and the other was not. Can tell that who cleaned the room i was in was just trying to through their job. The room had an odor, there was hair on the toilet and in the tub, and some weird substance on the door (not sure if it was blood, poop or chocolate. Didnt care to findout). Was told couldn't switch rooms because of limited availability. Good thing i tend to bring my own cleaning gear and cleaned the room myself while my family went to dinner. Frontend staff was very polite and offered to change rooms in the morning once people checked out but once i spent the time cleaning the whole room, thought it would be pointless."
