"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "I found this hotel very convenient to the areas of tourism. You can walk to the Walled City and Getsameni if you continue your walk you’ll eventually hit the beach. Very clean and the hotel staff were very polite. "

"It is a very clean place to stay located in a wonderful neighborhood. Not quite located downtown, but is 10 minutes away. I really liked the location. Also, a big part of why the place is so great is because of the people that work there. They were all very kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future. "

Don’t go to the beach just stay at the hotel pool you gonna have much more fun
The local vendor at the will not let you breathe they will try to sell you stuff you don’t need

The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
While the beach directly at the hotel wasn't the best, it's worth noting that there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to get to and definitely worth the visit.
Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Cartagena for its excellent hospitality, incredible pool, and great location. Looking forward to coming back!"
