"First they don’t provide the house number to me it’s made me hard to check in in the reception
I did ask will they provide a hairdryer they reply is Yes but no hairdryer was there and the dishwashing liquid was so tiny and bad to wash out the oil.
I’ve book for 5 nights only 1 toilet roll was given"

"Excellent holiday and a great property. Can’t fault this place however a vehicle is a must as the bus service at St Mawgan as been suspended but no detriment to ourselves"

The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met.
After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch.
One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works.
Helen even asked me what milk we drink and made sure there was a pint of semi skimmed in the fridge on arrival.. Thanks Helen.

Penny & Roy were the perfect hosts at their hidden gem holiday lets. So we had a great stay in their cosy ‘Little Willow’ cottage, a great retreat, with all the amenities/comforts you could need, along with some lovely, thoughtful extras provided!
Watch out for cute little Roo, their friendly ittle dog! ✨

We had an incredible stay in a beautiful location. Lovely see views from the balcony (perfect for morning yoga). The upside down living made the most of the views. The two rooms, one with a double and one with 2 single bunks were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 pre-teen children. Everything was clean and homely. We loved taking the footpath near the front of site from the main road, down to Port Garverne at the for see dips and dinner at Pilchards where the flavours were delicious, and also...

Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes.
Very cosy cottage with wood burner.
A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off.
Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard.
I would return!

We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant!
Beds are comfortable and the sofa.
A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful.
I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few...

Lovely place at the end of the village, quite, lovely little garden enclosed, driveway for your car, sky tv handy when weather bad and plenty of room, lovely kitchen and large conservatory to eat in.
