"Clean room, friendly staff, large selection of breakfast items. Air conditioning in room is not working, promptly fixed! Would like to see signage designating that pets are not allowed in breakfast eating/serving area. While going to breakfast one morning, heard yapping of older female and her pet dog. They were both barking at another lady with her service dog. Understand ADA requirements for service animals. Not complaining about designated service animals. Complaint is about people bringing obvious pets into food serving area. Residence Inn, please post proper signage in accordance with CA Health Dept. and ADA! "
