Everything that could go wrong went wrong although staff were good and tried to fix and work around it
This hotel was amazing. Great location great staff. We would have given it perfect marks except that it is “dog friendly” which is awesome, but it also means dogs are allowed in the dining room and the one that was there when we were there barked and growled at everyone all through breakfast and I suspect it was the same one who barked all night.
I love dogs, but that was too much. There was a garden with tables, they should have eaten there.
I loved staying here. It’s within walking distance of the Abbey, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. They were super accommodating as I was getting married at Tintern. Definitely recommend staying here.
Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of Tinturn. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Love the decor and the staff couldn't be more helpful.
This has a wonderful stay so difficult to put anything that could be viewed as negative, however I do have one thing that would have made my stay even better. Milk, I was delighted to hear that fresh milk was provided rather than long life. However, there was no bottle in the room when I arrived so I asked for one, was given it with no problem. The following morning a new bottle arrived so took it in but as I was off for work meetings none of it was used but had hoped it would be in the room later wh
