Front door key is very finicky. The stairwell area doesn't smell good. The kitchen could use some dish towels so it is easy to wash dishes. Other than those things the place is clean and comfortable. Neighbourhood is a bit untidy. It is near the bay / dock centre so there are a few convenient restaurants and coffee places. The
