"I had high expectations for the hotel based off the how expensive it was. However, the room was dirty and had hair on the ground and bedsheets. Our washer broke the first night and noone fixed it. The hotel also does not offer free daily cleaning services."

We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area.
