"It was OK. Not the greatest, not the worst. The building itself is old. My room was nice but the bathroom was TINY. The toilet didn’t have a cover, looked like a public bathroom. What makes this hotel stand out is definitely the VIEW. It’s so beautiful. Great location, walk across the street to the water. "

"The hotel was immaculately kept. We visited the pool and found that fantastic as well. The only issue I had was parking. The site made it sound like parking was available for free, but it is not. I paid $40 per day to park nearby. There may have been some cheaper solutions for parking, but not convenient."

The property is clean and well maintained, so it feels luxurious, and it’s right downtown in the loop so you have easy access to anything you may want to experience in Chicago. "Very nice, clean, and safe. Friendly staff and the rooms are nice and clean as well. No on site parking, but you can load and unload at the hotel so that makes it a bit less of a hassle. Great spot for a stay to enjoy Chinatown for certain and within a 15 minute walk to Wintrust Arena for any events."
