Excellent in every department.

You cannot beat the location of this property - it is right in the center of the old Goreme town where all of the hot air balloon descend to at dawn and you can get pretty close to them. It's got multiple terraces that have gorgeous view of the landscape, the town, and the hot air balloon. The rooms are fantastic as well. They are built into the natural contour of the rock formations, yet tastfully refurbished with up to date appliances and vanity. Free snacks and welcome bottle of red wine is...

The hotel is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is amazing. The room is nice and big.

I'm currently on a 3 week trip and while there's still one hotel left, I can confidently say this hotel will be the best of my trip. Before even arriving, I was emailed to arrange transfers (nice touch) in addition to balloon ride and tours- advising me of the options with reasonable prices. I had my entire trips activities arranged before arriving through expedient and great service via email. Once I arrived as well, they genuinely went the extra mile to make me feel like a family (all...

I can't say enough good things about this hotel, very clean, but still a cave with air conditioning which is rare. The staff are amazing and very friendly who want to make the stay magical. We arranged tours and transfers with them and when a balloon tour was cancelled, they jump through hoops to ensure we got our money's worth with another 2 tours. The breakfast is excellent and fresh more traditional fare so if you are looking for waffles you will be disappointed. The have a wonderful...

The hotel was very nice, we had a lovely breakfast and near to the centre and lovely place to stay. We highly recommended.

This is a newly refurbished cave hotel with the most luxurious rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff are helpful and friendly and sort out any issues, like finding a place for a balloon flight, which seem to be like gold dust if you don't have an advance reservation. Breakfast was fantastic with a changing menu. Freshly made sweet pancakes were fantastic. For other meals, it tends to recommend its partners, which were variable. I particularly mention Zeke (I think that's his name) who arranged...

So we arrived on 18/9/2018 and our check in was super smooth. The room itself was very beautiful and luxurious. Every little detail was catered to by the hotel staff. Special Thanks to Maureen, the hotel Manager for extending her help and guidance in booking local tours and suggesting places to shop and eat. The only little suggestion I would give is please have a 24x7 Restaurant and a complimentary pick up and drop from hotel to market area, as this hotel sits on top of a hill ( quite a steep...

Property is near the castle...lovely hotel, friendly staff

Wonderful cave hotel in the heart of Cappadocia. Great restaurants and spa, with attentive staff

From the moment we arrived until the last day in Cappadocia we were treated like family by the owner Ali and his family. This family-run hotel is located in Avanos which is a quieter part of the Cappadocia region. We are a family of six and we received a room upgrade to accommodate us at no extra cost. Ali personally took us on a trip around the local places of interest, including the fairy chimneys and horse riding. His nephew, Mucahid, speaks really good English and is a tour guide. I...

Great stay, starting with the receptionist, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, had AC, fridge, water bottle provided daily. Toiletries provided. Very nice roof terrace with a wonderful view with complimentary tea, that. Breakfast had plenty options and was included. Location was central and plenty of restaurants walking distance. Only thing was a smell from the bathroom drains, but I experienced this in other hotels in Turkey too.

Great Location, Great Hotel, Very helpful staff. Amazing Breakfast would most definitely recommend and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. 10/10

Superb customer service from lovely staff; the indoor cave pool was fantastic and we usually had it to ourselves; breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant for dinner. All in all, a top notch experience.
