They told me ok, they would not charge the card. But they did so immediately. During our stay we broke 2 of their paper-thin glasses. They then told me there were stains on the carpet. "We booked what we thought was a high ceilinged private villa with a hot tub - but instead were told that it was a lower ground floor villa with an extra daily rate to pay for the hot tub - even though we’d paid a premium to specifically get this benefit. So we changed our booking to a room in the hotel with a stunning view across the lagoon - which is what we wanted in the first place. The hotel then kindly included breakfast in our hotel room rate, as this did not have a self catering facility. "

"Our stay absolutely blew us away. The tent was stunning with a private pool and fire pit. To top it off it was the clearest night sky filled with more stars than I’ve ever seen and breakfast delivered to the tent in the morning was a lovely touch. The staff were fantastic and truly went above and beyond to make the experience special. We loved the entire stay and honestly didn’t want to leave⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
