Hi Inez, first and foremost we would like to assure you that we care about the safety of our guests and providing them with a quality experience at our hostel. After I heard about the incident, I immediately took action as we do not condemn that sort of behavior here. We are currently working on implementing new strategies to make our fellow woman travelers more at ease and feel secure on our property in order to enjoy their stay here and maximize their experience.
