Too commercial and no care for guests
The suite was very nice and had all the amenities to make the stay special. The breakfast was soooo bad, basically you could only choose between 5 different a la carte dishes, no toast no fruit….. The white and rose wine of the complementary wine tasting (I love Jordan wines) were served warm. The place is just so commercial. We had amazing long walks in the spectacular vineyards

Too expensive for the room size and facilities
We had a tiny darkn room, albeit with a beautiful patio and gorgeous large bathroom. If there were other common areas, or it wasn't so remote that you could easily go elsewhere in the evening, this would have been sufficient, especially on days the restaurant is closed

Perfect place to relax in Stellenbosch!
Jordan Wines Estate is really a luxury option with outsdanding atmosphere and view along with a ready-to-relax design sofisticated suite. The service was nice and the breakfast was the best I had in Cape Town, no doubts about it! If you are looking for a place to go slow, relax and contemplate the nature, that's the perfect place!

Final night of a week touring the Cape Wineries and two friends pushed the boat out with this stunning two bedroomed apartment.

Amazing service and fantastic attention to detail.
What an amazing stay. There were just so many things that they had so much attention to detail. Like sanitizing the remotes. Allowing us do our free wine tasting after it was closed. A free upgrade to a room with a fireplace. I cannot wait to go back. It was amazing. Also the breakfast and wine were absolute perfection!

This was a beautiful property and the views were lovely. The staff were kind and helpful. I did find for the overall cost the rooms were a little small and some sound between them travelled. For our time stayed it was a good place to be.

Realxing family stay at Jordan
We have just returned from staying in one of the family, two bedroom suites for two nights. Having previously visited Jordan and loved their wines, we were excited to stay on the estate. The suite was beautifully appointed, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate lounge as well as an outside seating terrace. It was great to be able to put the kids to bed and use the lounge and outside areas. Breakfast was served in the bakery, which is a short walk away, where the wine tastings take place. The quality of the breakfast items was excellent, however we felt that the explanation of what you were able to order with the inclusive breakfast could have been improved (essentially you get a menu, which is the same for external diners, with prices and no indication as to what is allowed etc.). Overall, clearly the cost of staying at Jordan is high (£250 per night in peak season), however we would return as we found it very relaxing and there is so much to see and do in the local area.

This was an amazing stay and the staff there are very willing to help, special thank you to Jonathan! Only small things - the restaurant there is easy fully booked and really need to book it in advance - I guess that is the nature of South Africa.

Magical stay is a Superb Wine Estate!!
The staff at the Jrdan Luxury Suites did EVERYTHING they could to make our trip extremely special!! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble to them!! The breakfasts were superb and fresh, the wines excellent and the room was just magnificent!! Absolutely will be back there again!! The food in the upmarket Jordan Restaurant (attached to the winery but run externally) had great food and service BUT, were a rip-off when it came to the cost of ALL of the wines, but especially the Jordan wines!! And you can tell from that, that the restaurant is money-making and not collaborative with the Winery, which was a pity

The best place to stay in Stellenbosch
Before we arrived at Jordan Wine Estates, we were a little worried that our expectations were too high. But from the moment we got there, drove up the driveway, were greeted by the warm, friendly staff and shown to our beautiful room, we realised we had nothing to worry about! It is one of the most picturesque places we have ever been too - 2 days just wasn’t enough! Our room was stunning, the location was perfect, the surroundings were incredible, the staff were so friendly, and the wine tasting was great. Breakfast was fantastic, and served in the most beautiful spot next to the lake. And dinner… we were incredibly lucky to get a last minute table reservation for dinner in the restaurant, which we would highly recommend. One of the best meals we’ve ever had with a view to die for! We got up early one morning to watch the sun rise over the countryside - which we can also very much recommend doing! If you are visiting Stellenbosch (which you should DEFINITELY do!), stay at Jordan. You won’t regret it!

Staying at this hotel is one of the best experiences for our family. We really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant during the sunset, complimentary wine tasting, breakfast with the great view, bath time with flower petals, complimentary wine and chocolate in the room. It’s worth the money and we are very happy!

A suite confortável, mas muito exposta, o que torna necessário ficar com a cortina fechada, impossibilitando de curtir à vista que é linda. O banheiro tinha cheiro permanente de esgoto e o café da manhã ficou faltando frutas. No mais os atendentes são super simpáticos, pedimos um lanche no quarto, para noite, que foi muito bem servido e em uma cesta charmosa, o lugar é muito lindo, só precisa de ajustes.

Vineyard paradise
Such a beautiful place, pretty good wines. I recommend the vineyard tour. You can see that people there love what they do. Had a very pleasant stay with excellent food.

Super Service sehr nettes und zuvor kommendes Personal.Sehr schönes kleines Chalet mit 2 Schlafzimmern.Einziger Kritikpunkt, Preis-Leistung, wir waren 3, mit unserem 14j. Sohn.Da reichte der Platz, aber bei 4 Erwachsenen wie ausgelegt! Da wird es sehr eng. Pro Suite (Chalet) nur eine Sonnenliege auf der Terrasse. Ab 16:30, zumindest So und Mo gibt es auf dem Weingut keinen Wein.

Magisk frukost på vingård!
Andra gången vi bor här och det är fortsatt lika bra. Rent och fräscht på rummen med bra standard, lite dålig wi-fi tyvärr. Du bor på en vingård omgiven av rankor och kan ta en promenad före frukost i terräng. Frukosten som ingår är magisk!!! Croissant med scrambled eggs och yoghurt med granola är bland det godaste jag ätit på en frukost. Trevlig personal och bra service mitt i vindistriktet. Det enda som saknas är en pool ;-)

Mycket trevlig vistelse. Härlig omgivning med böljande vinodlingar och utsikt över höga berg i bakgrunden. Funktionellt och stilrent boende men kanske något charmlöst. Trevlig personal både kring boendet och restaurangerna som alla månar om service och trivsel. Maten i huvudrestaurangen är mycket bra men den är inte öppen alla dagar på kvällen vilket är ett stort minus. Speciellt som inte heller The Bakery är öppet på kvällen.

Alles top und ganz neu! Tolles Bad! Hervorragendes Frühstück in der Bakery! Anwesen verfügt über eigenen Brunnen und Teiche und ist deshalb nicht von der Wasserknappheit betroffen!

Mooie kamers, uniek en rustgevend
Prachtige kamer met een enorme badkamer met een losstaand bad en een douche. Heel sfeervol! Het bed heeft heerlijke zachte lakens. De Jordan ligt wel wat verder van Stellenbosch centrum (10 min met de auto) maar de omgeving is heel rustgevend. Aan te raden is een etentje bij The Jordan restaurant, ze zijn echter alleen op bepaalde dagen open voor het diner. Lunch kan wel, reserveren is aan te raden!
