Good base for exploring Cape Town

CQL was a great place for my first stay in Cape Town. The apartments are above a multi-story shopping center that included a nice super market, which was very convenient. My friends' two-room apartment was really lovely, while my one-room apartment was fine. My only issue was the layout -- there's no door on the shower, and the toilet is very close to the bed. Didn't provide a whole lot of privacy in that department.

Nice accommodation, great location. Only criticism is that over our 3-night stay (Fri - Mon) our apartment was not serviced at all, although we were told on check-in that it was serviced every day. When I mentioned this on checkout, I was told that servicing did not take place on Sundays. This didn’t explain why no service was provided on the Saturday , however.

We hebben verbleven in een van de grotere appartementen met uitzicht op de Tafelberg vanuit mijn bed😊 leuk appartement voor families. Mall onderin het pand met supermarkt. Enige minpunt koelkast maakte een irritante hoge piep. Geprobeerd, maar niet opgelost

The information about check in is incorrect. We arrived late, but had notified them about our late arrival. They were waiting for us and most gracious. Everytime we had a question or need, they went out of their way to help us. It was lots of fun to have the shops and restaurants right downstairs. The views from the roof deck were amazing. The only downside was loud voices on the street around 2 am. Cape Quarter is on the MyCiti bus route, but tickets must be purchased elsewhere. I suggest getting a bus card at the airport.

Great value accommodation!!

Very good value for money, very quiet on the rooftop for sunbathing which was perfect and in a great location, was noisy one night however this was due a national holiday and windows kept most of the noise to a minimum, friendly staff also

Mycket prisvärt boende nära Waterfront och Bo-Kaap

Bekvämt boende i lyxig lägenhet med terass och 2 badrum.Daglig städning. Pool på taket Fin mataffär i bottenplanet med stor sortering. Mycket hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Gångavstånd till Waterfront samt Bo:Kaap. Livligt på gatan nedanför under helgen.

Excellent apartment

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for three nights, and had a great time. Good value, clean, modern and very comfortable with a combined kitchen and living room area. There is also a spacious outdoor patio. The pool is on the same floor as the apartments. A Spar supermarket is located at the ground floor, and there are also a couple of (good!) restaurants in the same building. More restaurants nearby, and the V&A waterfront is within walking distance. Nice and friendly reception – which is not a “usual” hotel reception, but more like an office with entrance from Dixon Street. This apartment hotel can also help you with airport pickup (300 rand) and book various tours. All in all, highly recommended.

Ein super Apartment mit eigener Küche. Sehr zentral gelegen, wonach alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in kürzer Zeit erreichbar sind. Das Bo-Kaap ist 5 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt. Zudem war auf der Dachterrasse ein sehr schöner Pool auffindbar.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön doch die Kommunikation beim Check-In war die reinste Katastrophe! Wir mussten wegen eines Notfalles kurzfristig für eine Nacht buchen und anschliessend gleich einchecken (sehr spät am Abend). Als wir dort ankamen, konnten wir das Hotel kaum finden. Ein Securitas vom Parking war so nett und hat uns eine Telefonnummer besorgt. Dann hiess es, wir sollen 5 Min warten es wird jemand kommen. Die 5 Min dauerten schlussendlich ganze 25 Min! Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir dann feststellen, dass wir nicht das erhalten haben ,was wir gebucht haben. 1 Bettzimmer statt 2 Bettzimmer.... also mussten wir nochmals warten.. uns wurde dann ein Upgrade in einem Hotel (ich nehme an die arbeiten zusammen) in der nähe versprochen. Wir sind also hingefahren und der Manager von dort wusste natürlich von nichts. Mit ihm mussten wir wieder zurück fahren und er konnte uns dann korrekt einchecken. Check In dauerte insgesamt fast 3h. Auf weitere Unannehmlichkeiten möchte ich gar nicht eingehen. Kann ich jedenfalls nicht empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls gefährlich.
