"Nice and well updated nautical boutique hotel. Nice lounge, staff, and great breakfast Although on small side, rooms had everything you needed ! If I had a complaint it might be the overall soundproofing from hallway noise. I would definitely stay there again - great location too!"

"Excellent rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast spread was awesome. We stayed for 4 nights and that was the most memorable part of our stay. The check-in, check-out process was so easy. The property is well situated, minutes from V& A waterfront, extremely safe neighborhood and plenty of ubers available anytime of the day. All the tours and travel company for day trips were able to pick us and drop us at the hotel since it's well situated. Highly recommend this place for modest budget but great stay and quality service."

"Really convenient hotel in the heart of Cape Town, opposite St. George's Cathedral. The front of the hotel has limited parking options, so,c one has to valet for about $15 day. Beautiful lobby. Staff were super friendly. Laundry service was reliable. Their breakfast buffet was luxurious. We stayed for their high tea - yummy and wonderful selection of teas, like ROOIBOS. We had a great view of the mountain. I miscalculated by booking, and they were kind enough to extend out stay. They have a concierge that organizes everything - like helicopter trips. Good deal. Lovely rooms."

"The staff was wonderful, everyone was pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful, especially the front desk employees. The morning breakfast was amazing. Also enjoyed the spa and sitting by the pool. Excellent location, close to everything on the V & A waterfront."

"Absolutely perfect location for walking around the waterfront. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Staff were warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much. Our room was the junior suite with balcony. Had everything we needed and more. Didn’t receive the daily bottle of wine with Expedia perks but no matter. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again."
