"I hate to leave a review like this but others should know before booking. Pictures and descriptions of the hotel are misleading. Pool was dirty with white residue in corners. The ceiling in our room had dark spots, water or mold. The grout in the bathroom was moldy. The hotel advertised breakfast but after checking in the hotel clerk told us they do not offer breakfast. We were originally given a room already assigned to another woman. Thank goodness she had her door locked because who knows that we would have walked in on. The entire third floor smelt like cigarette smoke. They charge a daily resort fee for parking and beach wagons. The sofa beds are basically wire, barely a mattress. The wall lights flicker when the door closes like an old motel. On the flip side, the positives are they give free drink tickets at check in and It’s close to the beach."

"The "continental" breakfast was abysmal. Sausage patties microwaved to the point of being too hard to eat, eggs that tasted like the inside of a pillow. There was options of cereal, with no milk. There was a waffle maker, but the entire time we were in the dining area, it never became available. They put us in the wrong room, then claimed it was the same price as the one we paid for so it wouldn't make a difference. The staff was very rude on the night shift, to the point of yelling and lecturing my children for waiting for me by the pool. There was no indication for when the pool opens or closes. When we returned to our room one evening, the entire room smelled like cannabis, with people smoking on the balcony. Upon calling the front desk from my cell phone (because there were no hotel phones in the room) staff said they would talk to the people in an irritated voice like I was disturbing her night, the situation was never resolved. Two towels were provided in the room, and when my son went to inquire for more, no one was available, so we had to use pool towels that were kept in a bin outside. I also hsd originally purchased 3 nights, but ended up checking out after the second (by checkout time) but they refused to refund me the room for the additional night we paid for and did not stay. Overall, this was the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had."

"Convenient to the docks and several hotels and shops. Bed and air conditioning were excellent. However, the rooms for our group lacked a closet (!!!), and had no hair dryer, no safe, and minimal drawer space. The shower amenity was one tiny tube of shampoo. Our door stuck and was very hard to open, which could be a hazard in an emergency."
