"The bed in our first room was very uncomfortable, so we asked to switch rooms. The second room was connected to another room, and we could hear the people next door very clearly. Unfortunately, that bed was even worse. We also waited two days for the room to be cleaned before finding out that housekeeping is only provided upon request, which was never mentioned at check-in. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not as pleasant as we expected. I don’t recommend it."
