"The room we got had vinyl flooring removed, dust in ceilings, bathroom leak, duvets with no sheets on them. The safe was broken. Reaĺly dodgy room and dirty room. The hotel staff were helpful and location was good. But for what I paid the room was one of the worst. Felt like a motel."

"I stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Barcelona Aeropuerto for one night before an early flight and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and extremely convenient, located just a few minutes from Barcelona Airport with a complimentary airport shuttle service. The room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep despite being so close to the airport. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Guest reviews consistently praise the cleanliness and helpful service, which matched my experience perfectly. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt much more like a city hotel than a typical airport hotel. Check-in was smooth, and everything was well organised from arrival to departure. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing an overnight stay near Barcelona Airport. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a perfect location make it an outstanding choice. I would definitely stay here again. ✈️🏨"

"The hotel looks new and overall it was a good stay. Everything was fine except for one major issue: there was a very strong urine smell in our room. When we complained, they sent someone to spray an air freshener, but that did not solve the problem. We were told the hotel was fully booked and they could not move us to another room. Unfortunately, my husband ended up cleaning the area himself with a towel to get rid of the odor. At the very least, the hotel staff could have properly cleaned the room. If this issue had not occurred, our stay would have been perfect. Just be aware that if you encounter a problem, the hotel may not be able to resolve it adequately."
